  • Alice’s career began in recruiting where she gained early insight into how broken the system of job-seeking is. This sparked a lifelong mission to help people realise their human right to employment by working with companies to make hiring more equitable and inclusive by changing systems, not people.

Using her experience from the non-profit sector in creating long-term change, Alice has consistently achieved results with roles at Apple, IKEA, Atlassian and Airwallex where she redesigned recruitment process, built refugee work experience programs, pathways-to-work programs for underrepresented talent, and employee volunteering programs.

Today, Alice supports companies with: inclusive hiring, achieving diversity in tech and STEM, volunteering and corporate social responsibility, and equity in philanthropic giving.  As an Advisor on the T-EDI standards and member of the Gender Lens Investment Collaborative as well as previous Chair of The Inclusion Circle, she brings both grassroots experience and strategic oversight to her work.

In Alice’s spare time you can find her hiking or volunteering, usually at a local dog shelter.
